An 11.6 acre site for a 345,000sf Hospital and a 220,000 sf Ambulatory Care Center with a 1 acre central plaza overlooking the San Joaquin Marsh.  As the first all-electric medical campus in the United States and with a focus on integrating the surrounding open space into the patient experience this project is a natural addition to the campus and community.
