Brea Place West improvements included reconstruction of a twenty-foot-tall water wall, new signage, lighting, some hardscape improvements, and new drought tolerant landscape. Brea Place East had substantial improvements to the courtyards created by the buildings. Amenities include a steel and fabric shade canopy, barbeques, a concrete ping pong table, a blended shot blasted linear grey paver accent, bocce ball court, pedestrian scale accent lighting and outdoor conference areas.
